About Us

Rob Layes started Illuminations, Inc. in May 2006. Since then Illuminations, Inc. has been serving our neighbors in King and Snohomish Counties updating homes, medical labs, offices, warehouses, restaurants, shops and health clubs.

It doesn't matter how large or small, if it's residential or commercial – Illuminations, Inc. is committed to quality work.

Since 1998 Rob has been in the electrical construction business. He has experience in electrical construction of custom homes, track homes, schools, correctional facilities, commercial, light commercial and assisted living communities in King, Snohomish, Skagit, Island and San Juan Counties.

Rob's electrical interests include energy-efficient lighting and heating, LED lighting, solar energy and in-floor heating.
